Redmond Wellness & Chiropractic Staff

Redmond Wellness and Chiropractic has been serving Central Oregon in this location for over 20 years. Dr Herrin has worked over the past three and a half years to create a multi-faceted wellness clinic, beginning with chiropractic, nutrition, and stress management. Therapeutic Massage was then added into the clinic, followed later by Clinical Skin Care, Acupuncture, Reiki, and our specialty programs Body By Laser, SpineMed Spinal Decompression, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. With hard work, dedication, caring, and the right team, we strive to offer the best available treatment options for you and your loved ones.

Dr. Herrin first experienced the benefits of chiropractic as a young teen while competing in sports. Since then he has developed a passion for helping people though chiropractic and various methods which have been integrated into the clinical setting. Personal experiences have led Dr. Herrin to question the way we apply health care in our society. This has been a motivation for him to search out, continually learn, apply techniques and advanced technologies, and work together with other practitioners as a team at Redmond Wellness and Chiropractic. He promotes treatments that are non-invasive, gentle, effective, and address the body as a whole.

Dr. Herrin is committed to sharing information and health with those willing to learn (and some of those unwilling too!). He has been described as a good listener, kind, and altruistic Outside of the clinic, Dr. Herrin enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and children, enjoys outdoor sports and recreation, music, and traveling. Dr. Herrin received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri, in April 2007. His undergraduate education was obtained at Western Oregon University. Dr. Herrin has been a certified instructor for Brimhall Wellness Seminars, helping doctors and staff learn wellness techniques to apply in their clinics.

Tisa Anderson, M.S., L.Ac. obtained her Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from The American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco in 2002.  She is a Diplomat of Oriental Medicine and is certified both nationally and by the state of Oregon to practice Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology.

Tisa became interested in Traditional Chinese Medicine while attending The Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, CA in 1994.  It was then that she was introduced to Chinese Medical Theory and a new found passion was awakened.  Tisa found the principles of Chinese Medicine which were focused on applying the laws of nature in one’s life to make sense.  The result of applying these principles was physical and emotional health, harmony, and well being.

After graduating school and passing both the California and National Exams, Tisa was the co founder of the Alumni Clinic at The American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and opened her private practice in San Francisco.  Her practice in San Francisco was focused on women’s health and beauty.  Tisa holds the only two Facial Acupuncture Certifications in the country and specializes in Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation or Acupuncture Facelifts.  She moved to Central Oregon in 2006 and opened her practice in Redmond having a broader practice specializing in family health, women’s issues, pain, fatigue, stress, emotional imbalances and addiction.

Tisa currently has her private practice at The Redmond Wellness and Chiropractic Center and does acupuncture for both Hospice of Redmond Sisters and Bestcare Treatment Services.  In addition to helping people achieve optimal health and wellbeing, she also enjoys yoga, hiking, reading and music.

Robin E. Meyer, L.M.T.,C.A., is licensed Massage Therapist and Chiropractors Assistant. Certified nationally and in Oregon.  Using many different massage modalities, such as myofacial release, deep tissue massage, and Swedish massage to name a few, Robin can choose the most beneficial massage for her patient's needs.  Also, as a Chiropractors Assistant and previously a Nurse Assistant, Robin has knowledge in the medical field as well as being able to utilize a wide variety of techniques, such as ultrasound, to maximize the patient's massage experience and healing. With her wide massage expertise, Robin especially enjoys helping those who suffer from car accident pain; fibromyalgia; pre/post maternity/infancy; children diagnosed with ADHD or related conditions; cancer; and chronic pain.

Robin has appreciated and recognized the benefits of massage starting at a young age although schooling and career as an LMT came later.  In 2007, a loved one with cancer received massages as the only treatment that helped relieve the pain. Observing this alternative treatment, she decided to change her life path and learn how to help others receive relief from pain, receiving the many benefits of massage.

Robin attended school locally, at Sage School of Massage in Bend, Oregon. Graduating in 2008, she is still educating herself on new massage modalities and ways to increase muscle, relax the nervous system and decrease pain. With her calm demeanor and understanding spirit, she has been able to comfortably ease new patients into massage so they can heal and experience the therapeutic benefits.

Robin currently resides in Redmond, Oregon.  When she’s not massaging, Robin enjoys spending time with her husband, walking with her two Pomeranian dogs, going to the gym, kayaking, riding bikes, reading, knitting, making jewelry, and painting. In Robin's free time she volunteers in the children's department at her church and also at various events giving her time with therapeutic massage.
